This is something I've been talking about for a long time. We've known it almost intuitively. It's been part of my regular slide show. So it's gratifying to see the scientific data supporting it.

What I am talking about is how much do I think I am going to sell, how much do I think I am going to make, what sort of marketing campaigns am I going to run and what are the associated metrics -- how many people am I going to hire. What are we expecting as an enterprise that we are going to do next year.

I'm not talking about lowering hiring standards; I'm talking about rethinking those standards.

The impact of currency was somewhat larger than they had been talking about.

My gut feeling is that they'll take it down one day and make some kind of monument out of it,
