This is not a “one size fits all” world. There are as many ways of doing things as there are individuals on the planet. Have the courage to approach your goals the way you want to--not the ways others expect.

The point of having goals is to find happiness. If you miss the little things that can make you happy, then you’ve failed. Don’t look too far ahead. What you are looking for just might be right for you.

To make the morning & day meaningful set a realistic goal for the day. It helps you focus on what you want to dedicate for the day. Setting a target in the morning allows you to channel your energy to something you find meaningful.

Make it a habit to set goals for every task you do. Having a goal gives you direction and purpose. It gives you a sense of success and joy every time you accomplish something, no matter how small. You may not become the most successful person or the richest person, but if you find contentment and happiness in doing what you love, then you have achieved your ultimate goal.

You have to decide what you want first of all. The problem with so many people is that they do not know what they really want. Setting your goals requires you to make a decision about what you want in life, and determine when you want to have achieved that thing. In other words you must put a deadline to what you currently want. Get clear about what you want. Have a good plan of attack.

The one thing that centenarians have in common is uncommon appreciation. They aren’t whiners. They are grateful.
