This is mostly political. These businesses are associated with the university. Therefore we want them all to implement this program.

Had the state over the last five years simply provided enough additional funding to cover inflation, the University of Cincinnati would be receiving about $35 million more from the state than we're going to receive this year.

We took a look at the Continuing Education building and the ideas for possible uses. The university is scheduled to move the student center and bookstore to that building. Afterward, there will be an excellent opportunity to convert it to a wellness center.
