This is like a white paper. I truly believe that won't happen. It's not worked in other areas. This is a recommendation the Town of Collingwood is against for good reason. Control will be lost and other services which have gone to an upper tier haven't worked.

In my view, this is a document flawed significantly.

We continue to fight a necessary fight so we don't fall into the same pitfalls as the electricity board.

We do not agree with forcing consolidation. One path they're going down with this report is following the electricity (industry).

It was not the intent of our Special Investigations Division to become involved in a multi-year surveillance on this suspect. However, once the inquiry began, the excessive and continuous violations at [the] business involving Baker and his acquaintances quickly expanded into other areas and at least one other business. This required the investigation to last as long as it did.

Sul Ross and the city completely blew me away. I am making future plans right now to take my family back and visit the area. It's just beautiful.
