This is incredible work here. There is so much to be done and the need is so dramatic. ... I felt this was a way I could spend my life.

We like to think we had a part in that.

I'm very concerned about her patients and the care they are going to get at this point in time and in the next two months. Furthermore, I'm also very concerned about the morale of the rest of the individuals in the Ruskin clinic who give all of our patients such good care.

Of course, the equipment gets better. We add newer medications that work better. But for the most part, our job is to take care of the airway, breathing and circulation and get the (patient) to the hospital.

We just have to come out on Monday and get back to work, because next week is going to be tough.

From our standpoint, until they work those issues out, there's really nothing we can do. They have to have site control. That's a big issue.
