This is an ecologically important preserve, and I believe it's one of the gems of our community.

Even with the 25-cent increase we are still the cheapest parking around. We are very fortunate that we have not had to raise our fees over the years much. When we do we have tried to be reasonable and keep all programs affordable and competitive.

I haven't spoken to them so I don't know what they're looking for.

I would propose that we have gone through all the efforts that you as a community have set up for neighborhoods to express their needs. We would like you to respect the fact that we have gone through this procedure correctly.

I think what we're finding is that for those who make less than 30-thousand dollars in our community, there are no alternatives.
