This is a very important first step for Vietnam, to be at a stage where it can attract a world-class giant tech player making a significant investment. This may be on the lower part of the value chain of what it means for Intel, but for Vietnam it's huge.

This event is a big splash in the development of IT in Vietnam, a very significant step.

When foreign investors enter Vietnam, they must follow the country's labor rules. If they don't, the Vietnamese government has the responsibility to enforce the law or expel the company. The government has to protect the worker. The unions that represent workers in factories of foreign and joint-stock companies are weak. They don't have the strength to stand up to the management.

The American soldiers were brave, but courage is not enough. David did not kill Goliath just because he was brave. He looked up at Goliath and realized that if he fought Goliath’s way with a sword, Goliath would kill him. But if he picked up a rock and put it in his sling, he could hit Goliath in the head and knock Goliath down and kill him. David used his mind when he fought Goliath.
