This is a rich and upper-middle-class problem. They have too much time, too much technology and their parents aren't around to keep an eye on them.

Unless we 'think outside of the box' in crafting innovative and immediate solutions, these abuses will continue and escalate.

With this domain, protections will be built in that aren't in place now. They will be very careful to make sure there's no marketing to children through a number of controls, and that's welcome. We need those measures.

Parents are often either unaware of dangers, or they're freaked out about them. They want software but they don't know where to start looking or how to use it.
