This is a plea to the young people out there. We need young people to get involved in this organization.

If we don't get young people involved, this thing is going to go away. One of our goals is to get kids interested in fishing. If we don't get young people involved, this is not going to be around in 10 years.

You've just got to plow forward. You're obviously making it too hard on yourself. Just lower your standards a little bit so you can inch forward, and then once you inch forward, you can raise your standards back up. Sometimes we think we're writing stuff in stone. We're not.
