This is a great opportunity for Columbia to show itself off.

It would be an opportunity lost.

The opportunities are great because of the resources you already have are really strong. Particularly impressive are the cultural resources already available.

When this is finished, it will be a beautiful, pedestrian-friendly retail environment. It will have been worth it.

We're not connecting the dots. That's unfortunate, and I don't think there is any money left to do it.

Those are the kinds of things that create the base of recreating a downtown because they bring people here.
