This fantastic DVD episode is on my top 10 list of great videos for children with lots of colorful 3D animation and wonderful music that will bring children closer to the under the sea world of fish and mammals.

DTCC has now cleared all the warrants that are being distributed to broker participants this week, so shareholders can begin exercising them through their brokers beginning March 6th before they expire.

We started this company from scratch with one DVD and one television station and look what we have now: a growing library of debt-free, high-quality products that continue to build awareness for our Gina D® brand. The key factor in selling DVD products is in our future relationship with public television stations. In order to sell product in massive quantities to retailers like Wal-Mart and Target you need to be on public television. We are putting this catalog together with the expectation that we will continue to add branded products associated with the show and other activities that promote Gina D®. I want to thank our shareholders and brokers who continue to exercise their below-market priced warrants to acquire a larger position in our company and all of the educators, parents and shareholders who have sent us letters of support and encouragement to keep on going with our business plan.

In the past 18 months we have made real progress. In addition to all the production accomplishments, we have also been busy promoting our live show and building the Gina D (R) brand with the Gina D's Reading Across America Program(TM) appearances and media coverage. Because of the quality of our television programs we have been able to acquire 227 stations covering 79.9% of the U.S. television markets.

We've been on air for about a year and a half now, but this launch is what we really have been moving toward for a while. It is the culmination of a lot of hard work and the belief that we were creating something really special.

However, shareholders who exercise their warrants to purchase restricted shares and pay for them by January 7, 2006, will be eligible for the 5-for-1 forward split. Because the record date of the forward split is also the exercise deadline, warrants exercised at the $0.0015 exercise price will have the effect of one-fifth that price.
