This community theatre will be a place for adults, teenagers, and children to come and showcase their many talents. This theatre will allow teenagers a place to go after school.

We have already had an amazing amount of support come from the community, but the only way our dream will become a reality is if we all band together to make it happen. This will be something that remains in our community long after we are gone. It will be for our children, and our children's children. Help us build something of which we can be proud.

We are not going to purchase a building right off, because we don't want to be in debt. We are looking to get into a partnership with a church or school to use their facilities and so far the Christian Life Center and the Cleveland school district stepped forward to offer their services.

That's why teenagers fascinate me - they're like children with drivers' licenses. Like children in that their impulses are so direct.

There are parks for little children. Why can't teenagers and young adults have a place to go spray-paint a wall?

The Dallas Black Dance Theatre has made tremendous contributions for the advancement of arts in our community and the theatre world. We are proud to be a supporter of their genuine efforts and we look forward to continuing our partnership.
