This case is not about intent to kill. The evidence will not support a charge of murder. It is an accident that turned fatal.

She clips him with the right side of the vehicle. She is not sure what happened but believes the car hit his hand or arm with the right side mirror. She doesn't want to confront Clark again and goes home.

She is focused on getting home to her three children. For her the argument is over, she is headed home.

That is not an unusual event. She goes to the bar, has one drink and tells Clark to go now or find another ride home.

People have always accused kids of getting away with murder. Now that is all too literally true.

Getting a global consensus, it turns out, is not that easy. We're hoping we're going to get widespread support so we can stand up and say to the U.S. government that this is a true consensus document.
