We're caught in both directions. You've got people who may have been getting low raises, if at all raises, and again we need more faculty. It's very difficult to fill all the hungry mouths there.

When they exceed the number of faculty, that sort of sends up a warning flag of what's happening here. These are not the people who are making minimum salaries. I'm not happy about it.
