Things establish themselves. Every day, the training is right and guys are pushing each other and then from that we are able to start to piece the little things together.

Bringing in some experienced players here to ensure day in and day out that we are establishing the right kinds of habits ... goes a long way towards setting a tone.

We really need to make sure that the mentality in terms of what training needs to be like every day, how to be stronger, how to compete. ... I really felt like that part needed to get put in place and that without that we were not going to step forward the way we wanted.
