They're willing to spend a lot more money on construction. They tend to be rather fancy, a little higher end and better maintained than most market courses.

Golf generally is a lousy business. Most courses don't make any money. Golf is designed to sell something. Usually it's real estate; in this case it's casino rooms. The golf itself is a loss leader.

They have so much in-house brainpower that the use of so many consultants is time-wasteful, money-wasteful and lacks of sincerity and integrity,

You better enjoy it while you can, ... And you better watch your money, because those paychecks stop in a hurry, too.

Doing something that everybody recognizes isn't any good and is a waste of money, simply to be able to say you've done something, doesn't translate to any success to me. It's manifestly unfair to point the finger at the park.

The business is driven by money. The guys who take the pictures don't care how they get the photo because they have nothing to lose.
