They're used to teachers coming and going.

It's working nicely. The odor is better. It was really musty smelling throughout the school. Some of the teachers told me my library smelled like a locker room. We were burning candles to try to get a nice fragrance.

We have had as many as 97 and as few as 27. I'm always prepared with extra teachers because I never know.

It's definitely a challenging population.

Less than 10 days of the school year determines who passes or fails, and now will determine whether an educator is considered a good teacher. To me, that does not seem to be a fair way to judge teachers.

There were no theatre facilities at the comp that I went to, but I did have amazing teachers who never stopped encouraging me.
