They're handicapped by old systems. They have personnel dealing with paperwork that can be handled electronically.

One thing is that we have changed the offensive systems to fit our personnel at each place. You can't do the same thing all the time and I think some coaches get caught up in trying to run the same system when their personnel doesn't necessarily allow it. Before this season, I never coached a girl over 5 foot 9 , so this is a little different and we made adjustments to utilize our height.

It's always going to be a challenge to keep the strikeouts down with the personnel we have. We're trying to get those numbers down. But when you're scoring the most runs in the National League, I'll take that tradeoff.

History always changes and everything that we owned 10 years ago is becoming obsolete electronically.

A lot of (education) folks are retiring. Some folks (who) get into leadership positions are dealing with lots of paperwork, and because of the hassles they face, some choose to get out.

We have two programs dealing with bulletproof vests, two different systems of actually distributing bulletproof vests from the federal government. Two sets of applications, two different sets of personnel to approve those applications.
