They will be tall and narrow just like you would see on Rainbow Row, so all the houses will be different colors. That is the theme. If you ever go to Charleston, they are all tall and narrow.

Orangeburg really does not have enough capacity of new homes as it is. If you look at subdivisions that have been built in the last two or three years, they are completely sold out. The capacity of new homes has always been an issue for Orangeburg.

Local people have to make monetary and fiscal spending in order to attract outsiders to do the same thing. There is still plenty of land available.

Every city has something unique that something nice could work out. This is something that is not in town right now, this type of structure or this type of theme. I am really going for a Charleston look in a small town.

The houses will remain in place until the contractor decides what it wants to do with them.

The residential units probably will be town houses or condos.
