They were going to ram it through the east side of Vancouver, through historic Chinatown, and do a big sort of typical American city thing.

The result: We don't have these huge highways downtown which are just loud and a no-man's-land.

Everybody ought to have a lower East Side in their life.

It's something that we're still looking at, whether this was a blast in Vancouver or North Vancouver construction, it's sort of an unusual time.
