They were all heavy smokers. Looking back, I would have loved to be able to maintain friendships with those guys.

Very few players are able to maintain the pace he's on. I don't think anybody I've ever had can get as hot as he can get. Ben (Gordon) and Ray (Allen) are probably better shooters, but nobody gets as hot as he does. He's done that against a whole bunch of folks. It's not the first time.

Gerry was able to get in the lane and the big guys reacted better, I think, than they have. They got open a little bit better.

I'm just looking for these guys to become a team and care for each, first and foremost. Secondly, I want them to give a full effort on game night. If they do that, I'll be happy.

I think there should be exceptions. If your clientele is 70 percent smokers, you should be able to cater to them. They're stepping on freedoms, stepping on toes, and there's not a voice for those toes.
