They tell you it's a 'no-smoking' section, but then you get the smoke coming at you from right across the aisle. I shouldn't have to put up with that.

This building is a non-smoking facility. I think that has made a difference.

They have a right to expect quality control and consistent, reliable service. If their staffs are getting smaller, then the customer doesn't have as much time to devote to such issues.

If I want to sit in smoking, I should have the right to sit in smoking. And if you want to sit in non, you have right to sit in non.

Stopping smoking is something I think I would have put right at the top of the list.
