The message is very bad for Texas. If I kill a policeman in San Antonio and I go to hide in Mexico, I'm going to be sure that nobody is going to do anything to me.

I think we're going to try to convince him to open again that office or to just name someone who can deal with the procedures.

They want to come into this country. They want to help the economy of this country. They want to have a better life for themselves. The United States offers that opportunity. We want them to be able to get that in a dignified manner.
