They really stepped up and ran very, very well for us. That was a big lift.

It was a great meet with the boys. We had gone back and forth all year with Elmira. That was a lot of fun in terms of competing.

This was one of the best team races our boys have run in a couple of years. We really had to step it up a bit, because Southside beat us handily on Saturday at the Elmira Invitational.

The girls finished in a nice, tight pack. They don't care who finishes first as long they run in a pack, and that's getting us great results.

That's something that we believe in our organization. We want every player who ends up with us to be part of us, no matter who it is.

I've been here since March 2. My wife wants us to stay until the end of the month, but I've told her we've got to go home a week earlier than that.
