They (prosecutors) made the deal and they're going to live with it. It's something that would benefit him in the long run. If nothing else, it keeps him out of the public eye, from being scrutinized by all who know he could have saved all those lives in Oklahoma City.

He was a witness the government thought it needed. Could it have gotten a conviction without him? Maybe. ... But it was a deal made in the early stages of the investigation. Prosecutors didn't know if two were involved or 100 were involved.

He was the only inside person really able to testify to the motivation and the activities prior to the bombing.

I personally cannot discern a shred of evidence for ‘[intelligent] design.’ If 97% of all creatures have gone extinct, some plan isn't working very well!

It’s been said that youth is wasted on the young. I would respectfully like to put a few bullet holes in this theory. It is quite necessary for people to make stupid decisions, for the word experience comes from the definition of the action: “mistake”. In able to become wise, people must make stupid decisions. So the next time your thinking about running with the bulls in Spain, or having a hand to hand combat with Chuck Norris, do it. You become wise.

There's definitely a delicate line you have to walk in telling someone else's story that's not quite as delicate in telling your own story. I think when I'm working on a personal story, there's less pressure to try to get it exactly right.
