We think it's going to be a pretty tight market. A lot depends on how fast production gets back on line.

We don't have a lot in our toolbox to begin with as far as economic development tools. This one, even though it's not used, the threat of eminent domain is always a tool for economic development.

The competition that this bill would provide is healthy for the marketplace and will clearly benefit consumers.

You'll be hard-pressed to find a chamber of commerce that does not support retaining this. It's a powerful tool to have at your disposal.

It will probably hover around $1.50 a gallon, and remain pretty flat for the summer. But I can see the prices dip below $1.50 by late September.
