They may be with friends, they may be with families. They may be in a hotel they're paying for themselves, or they may be renting a place.

We've been telling them since February, when we extended the time they could remain in the trailers, that we were going to charge rent.

This was an emergency housing program. It's winding down.

This will be judged on its merits.

It's really funny because with every stop we've made, all the new friends we've made just feel so sorry for us because of the lifestyle. But honestly, it's all I've ever known, it's all my daughter has ever known growing up. We really don't know any other way.

The winners obviously were delighted. So, they're telling their friends and neighbors how they won the $100, so that's partly how the word is getting out.
