They made the approach here. They tried to get in. But the weather (conditions) were below minimum.

The weather couldn't get much worse than what we had last Saturday. We were running up the lake and at one point I couldn't even see in front of the boat. We had to shut her down and fish an area we hadn't planned on working.

Historically, construction and starts have been highly sensitive to weather conditions during the winter months.

This spring has been great for Kmart and other retailers. Hopefully, the consumer will continue to come out, the weather will continue to remain warm and we will go right into summer without missing a step.

We know what the consumers want, and we realize the supply-and-demand aspect of the business.

I want to save that land. I don't want it developed. I don't care what they want to put there. I don't want it developed.
