They avoided the injunction and second of all it looks like the judge is pushing toward a precipitated settlement.

If I were the judge, I would issue the injunction, and I would find an excuse to send it to the Federal Circuit. Take that super red hot potato and give it to them.

There's no reason that I can't. No judge has issued any kind of injunction that prevents me from doing that, and that's what this whole lawsuit is about.

It was an overload of the communication system. It looks like it was precipitated by the large amount of communications that accompany such incidents.
