They are long gone, and people are still calling in droves. They just went like hot cakes.

We did the best we could, and we feel it was fair. We're sorry if some people didn't get what they wanted.

We have guest services people at the bottom of the mountain looking for it. We don't want our guests to be hassled and inconvenienced. When they're on our property we'll do what we can to assist in aiding their privacy.
