They are high in fiber and most Americans don't get enough fiber. Fiber helps digestive health, helps take toxins out of the system and helps take cholesterol out of the system.

The public health community is very excited by this new booster shot,

This survey represents the oral health of more than 256 million Americans. While the findings are encouraging, the report clearly tells us that more effort is needed to improve the oral health of low-income Americans.

Average Americans are going to win this, not me. And not just your organization, not just the providers of health care, but the American people are going to cause this to happen. But they have to keep sending those cards and letters.

If we are going to have a health care program that works for all Americans, we are going to have to get beyond the blame game.

With black Americans at the top of most lists of chronic diseases and among the least likely to have health insurance, the budget would have a devastating impact on our community, particularly black women.
