They are continuing to be tight on costs, and the merchandise sales look fine.

The trend you're seeing now is a package of services. The trick is not necessarily getting as many sales of just the commoditized hosting plans as possible, but getting as many customers that are buying multiple services. That's the real key to growing.

In the last period, we saw almost a 50 percent increase. We're going to watch the sales of the remaining gift cards and make a decision about what we're going to do.

What we're seeing is more entry-level sales and a more moderate appreciation of property than we've seen in previous quarters.

If they're giving a heavy sales pitch, I'm suspicious of them. Are they trying to sell a product or trying to help you be successful?
