They are both dedicated and involved members of the community with excellent leadership and communications skills that will serve our board well.

We have a great opportunity here. We get to say what this community will look like when it's all done.

By sharing and exchanging ideas, people will get to know each other and learn about their community.

The ideal person is out in the community getting feedback from other parents. We don't want hermits. We don't want anybody with a cause. . . . We're looking for parents with solid judgment who want to raise healthy kids and know that a lot goes into it.

It's been great for the running community as a whole. We're getting so many more people participating who would never have thought about participating in a Mini.

It really enforces your leadership in the community as the voice of the community.
