These kids are highly ambitious and I hope that's what we're coming out of schools like. There are shows out there that are portraying kids as these really messed up, conflicted young people and hopefully we're not all like that.

If we hadn't fought for them, our schools would have received an amount so low it would have again required cutting calendar days and other devastating cuts,

We have invited 10 chapters, which are secondary schools, to come and train...each one is to bring two students.

The car club has done similar safety schools for members for many years, ... and now several chapters are on their second or third Street Survival event for the public.

Once a year, we have a stamp show that features exhibits made by the kids from various schools. It's a great activity, and keeps them involved in stamp collecting. Those are some of the best attended meetings. Everyone loves having the kids.

It's not uncommon for private schools across the nation to hold kids back for a year, normally in the intermediate age, ... It's for academic reasons, emotional, physical reasons, to fully develop the child. It wasn't to gain an athletic advantage. It was to develop the study habits to succeed in college.
