Since we're all in Great Falls and we have this talent here already, and some people teach, some people show and some people have studios that people can come visit, there is an awful lot here right now.

We doubled the dividend in 2004, increased it by 50 per cent in 2005 and are increasing it by 50 per cent again this year. We also completed a 50-million-share stock repurchase program in 2005 and have another 50-million-share repurchase program now under way.

Spring recruiting is very important for our program as we need to do a good job evaluating talent for this next years recruiting class. Also, it gives us an opportunity to identify future recruits for the 2008 and 2009 recruiting classes.
