These are the groups I see out there (working against gangs). They need our support.

This is not an exclusive list at all. This is to seek funding for their efforts, but other (anti-gang) groups can join under the banner of Partners.

A city has to be responsible to its residents to provide affordable housing.

I'll have to wait until then to know where the public stands. We are going to let the public decide what to do with that property.
