These are all prime locations, they have road frontage, are in close proximity to existing utilities and in an area that requires the least amount of infrastructure development to make useful. The tax district will capture new valuation on real estate only. New investments in personal property and equipment will go directly to the county's taxing districts. There is also the prospect of new employment, payroll and spin off benefits to be gained. Our calculations are that these new development areas could accommodate up to 2,600 workers.
