There's only a couple of ways this can happen. One is impersonation and the other is having somebody inside (cell-phone) companies.

This is impersonation. These companies are engaged in an illegal activity. They're profiting from it, and they need to be prosecuted.

I think we have to look at studies that have been replicated, and there hasn't been one yet. This issue should be guided by science.
