There's never a good time to do construction, especially in a beach community. No matter when you start, you're always going to go through a season.

It's very possible that what happened was because of one guy out of the whole community. It's also very possible there's a deeper problem with Islamic fundamentalism.

The DOT's hands are really tied at this point because the fencing issue is on private property. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do.

Again, taxpayers will not be responsible for this. We are going to seek third-party reimbursement from whoever the Coast Guard deems is at fault.

They're really moving out there.
