There's been a big improvement in the past year in terms of getting rid of the drugs, the dealers, cleaning up the projects. I don't think there is anything more that they can do that they are (already) doing, because they are doing a good job.

There is improvement, but we still can't know the extent of the cognitive improvement. There are still drugs that could cause us not to see cognitive improvement.

Kyle knew never to do drugs. He just didn't know not to do this.
