There's about six bills being looked at in the Senate that would change and put a deposit fee on the products. The question is will any of them get through and signed by the governor. You never know.

One of the great privileges of being a part of the Senate, it being the greatest deliberative body in the world, is out of the discussions of ideas, hopefully truth can ultimately be achieved.

When the Senate returns they will consider a number of options to change the system and better enforce the existing rules. Sen. Talent has always been an advocate for positive change and he will thoughtfully consider ways to improve the system as the Senate prepares to debate the issue.

In the bill that was introduced in the Senate, in the bill that I introduced along with some members, we preserve the tactical intelligence part of the equation, ... And so, I hope we can change their minds.
