There's a tremendous toll on the human side that start-ups take on people. And it just didn't seem like something that was being addressed.

We don't have a single point at which a person becomes old. People are able to be productive far beyond a specific age.

People pointed out that this is a good deal of history, especially the northern tier people from Minot, Watford City and Williston. They know the history quite well and like remembering what this building was all about.
