There's a strong handset replacement cycle going on right now that will generate the next phase of growth, ... First it was color and camera phones and now it will be higher resolution and video enabled phones that will be prevalent this holiday season.

On the other hand, I think 2-to-4-percent growth is good. I was hoping for better, but I think we're finally hitting bottom here.

We need more ingredients, ... Most of the technology companies have demonstrated improving margins and sequential revenue growth. The foundation is setting up for a recovery, but the market has come pretty far in a short period of time. We need some more conviction coming into August. I think we're going to trade sideways for the near term.

I'm not sure we're that oversold right now, given that P/E ratios are still high relative to what we perceived the forward-looking earnings to be, ... When we go through the next month and we start to see the first quarter results, I think the expectations are going to come down. With that, it's going to be difficult to sustain much higher growth unless we get some greater visibility.

We've gotten ahead of ourselves for a couple of months now, ... Right now people are on hold because some of these valuations do look a little high. I think people are just waiting for further confirmation that things are going to spill out into the earnings field.

The Iraq situation just seems to hang over business investment decisions, which is critical right now, ... Unfortunately, we're dependent upon enterprise spending. We're seeing signs that telecom is starting to catch on. But if you look at a company like Cisco, where two-thirds of their business is tied to enterprise spending, we're still in this quagmire.
