There's a lot of homework for one community to do before you even get a dollar of grant money. You have to have a fundraising plan, you have to raise $90,000, and that's in bona fide commitments from this community.

We know the direction we're headed in isn't working, and I think you wouldn't all be here if you didn't want more. More profit, more business, more foot-traffic. This Main Street program has worked for more than 1,800 communities.

This community has too much going for it, so you should definitely make this happen.

This is just the beginning, now it's up to us to take it from here and make this work.
