There were a lot of days I could have quit. It is an honor to be here. All of these people have affected my life.

It's important to give back to the community you came from. I am glad I got my part in the cycle. Hopefully in 20 years another student will be speaking for the foundation.

I couldn't miss this night. It was just a matter of getting our schedules in sync.

Will probably tried a little too hard and got caught out a couple of times. He was a bit of a target because we were trying to save fuel, but he will certainly learn from that. I think Will had the speed to be fourth or fifth at the end of the day.

Overall it was a pretty good day. Alex made a good start and did what he needed to do to put himself in a position for a podium.

When [Lewis] is out, I have to step up. I just do what I can and if it's up there, I go get it.
