There was something there. The room was so high, there was no focus. We wanted crown molding and then added the chair rail molding about 1-1/2 feet down.

I placed the [bottom edge of the] cornice board at the very top of the window. It allowed the swags to drop 8 inches lower and balance with the green paint.

People don't ever think of ceilings. It's a great place to do detail and molding.

With the budget cuts, we felt there was a real need for an organization to focus on fund-raising programs for the entire school district.

We know this is a difficult issue, but there has been too much focus on finger-pointing and not enough on how to move forward on this critically important issue.

The real focus here is bringing some sort of order.
