There was some agreement on some very minor issues, but there's still a long way to go.

We're hopeful that there will be some progress today, but I think there are a lot of hard issues ahead that need to be resolved.

That international engagement which was so critical to attaining the agreement has largely dissipated since the agreement was signed. So there is a lot of involvement today, international involvement, on the development side, but very little involvement on the political side.

Given that Delphi is G.M.'s largest supplier, certainly all sides would benefit from an agreement.
