There was only one manager who wanted to win the game and that was me. Micky Adams came here for a draw and he got the result he wanted.

The transition from a CEO founder to a new manager is a very, very difficult one.

The one thing I said to them was I believed we could win the game.

The only way to make money as a manager is to win in one place, get fired and hired somewhere else.

It was a hard game for Adam to be thrown in but he showed some nice touches. It was perhaps a little unfair on him but, hopefully, he'll have learned something from the game that he and we can benefit from in the future.

But before we get too far ahead of ourselves, we need to win one game.
