There was nobody here who maliciously put together that combination. I know the person was well-intended in trying to get the 'I Have a Dream' speech out as a cross-sell.

One of the areas that I think we can do a better job of selling is the customer experience overall. I think we can make it more evocative and we can make there be a stronger emotional connection and romance the products better than we are now.
