There was no transparency at all in the legal process. We were unable to follow the Supreme Court's review of the case because the justices did not let us know about its progress.

Now that the whole trial has ended up in confusion and the verdict has satisfied no one ... the case should be investigated again from square one.

None of the legal issues presented by this case seems to warrant Supreme Court review.

The accident review process is not a legal proceeding, and is not meant to supplant a court proceeding. Therefore, citizen witnesses involved in the accident are not invited to participate.

A decision by the Supreme Court to subject Guantanamo to judicial review would eliminate these advantages.
